The Resource Association, the trade association for the reprocessing and recycling industries and their supply chain, today welcomed the Surrey Waste Partnership as the 50th local authority signatory to the End Destination of Recycling Charter. The support of the twelve Surrey authorities in partnership actually takes the Charter to over 60 council signatories.
